Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
